Buffkin/Baker is selected as South Piedmont鈥檚 presidential search firm.
Sept. 2024Buffkin/Baker conducted listening sessions with faculty, staff, and students.
Buffkin/Baker also met with the members of the community and local legislative delegation, as well as the College鈥檚 Executive Leadership Team. A survey was circulated to gather additional stakeholder input. Based on feedback from the listening sessions and survey, Buffkin/Baker is developing a profile of South Piedmont鈥檚 next ideal president and then begin advertising the position.

Buffkin/Baker developed a profile of South Piedmont's ideal next leader, drawing on feedback collected during meetings with members of the College community, legislative delegation, and broader community. The profile is now being marketed to prospective candidates.聽

Jan 23, 2025Applicants ready for the interview process
After careful deliberation, the committee has narrowed down the list of applicants and has identified candidates to invite for initial interviews. These interviews will take place in-person at an offsite location within the next three weeks.
Following the initial interviews, the committee will review the candidates and select finalists for further consideration. We are committed to finding a president who will lead 糖心视频 into the future with vision, passion, and dedication.
